Steve are chase figures now out as the Ultimate line is moving to 3 figures per set - and is that third figure now going to be used for women Ultimates?

Chase figs in Ultimates will be decided on a case by case basis. We are working on other female Ultimates but I can’t guarantee they’ll be in every single wave yet. |

Any chance on offering official accessory packs? Something with a few chairs, ladders and tables? Things like microphones and cameras could potentially be grouped into a separate themed set. Maybe some generic WWE logo shirts or hats. Not sure what the chances are of something like that going to mass retail, but could be a cool Ringside exclusive!

I do love how the Wrestlemania series tend to celebrate different Manias from the past. You guys make the absolute best figs.
However…
When Jakks had the license, the mania series would be singles and two packs of the most important wrestlers from the previous year in whatever gear they were in.

Hey Steve! Is it at all possible to change the head sculpt and legs on the upcoming Monday Night Wars Scott Hall??? Please, this is one of my most wanted figures for quite some time now and, in my opinion, deserves perfection. That past head sculpt has only been released twice and is in need of a real fx treatment. It’s the perfect ponytail sculpt for this Hall. Also the upcoming Bulldog’s tucked in pants are also perfect for this Hall and how he wore his jeans that night. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻  Scott will have a swappable ponytail head. Bulldog in real life is much shorter than Hall so those parts may not work. Still trying to explore options. Is it possible to postpone the figure to a later wave if the correct lower legs can’t be created in time? Sure, general collectors will grab the figure regardless, but considering this is a huge want and important figure for the MNW, it would stink to not have an accurate look. |

Are Elites and Ultimates considered to be in scale?
Would you do me a favor and check if MC could offer Ultimate Styles and Razor (please also the chase as a regular)? These seem to be nowhere available overhere in Germany…

Hey Steve,
Are there active conversations going on about the treatment of International customers?
I can only speak as a resident of the UK but it seems with the horrendous mark-up on the stage (which I believe contributed highly to the potential failure of the project), the Walmart / Target specific lines that also result in a mark up, when they don't randomly turn up on Amazon and the Ringside exclusives to boot, that we're constantly paying a lot more for an already expensive hobby.
In relation to this, would it be possible to let us know if these American store exclusives will end up on Amazon UK?
I ended up paying an independent trader for Bret Hart's Target Ultimate, only for it to show up on Amazon UK with no announcement and at a reasonable price. Just a heads up so we know if it'll end up there will save on independent traders paying to have them imported and the customer paying for it.

Hope you had a good Easter (despite coming on here 😉)
I’ve been critical about elements of the crowdfund but appreciate it’s easy to be critical from the outside
Firstly I thought while the stream wasn’t all that great you personally presented very well I just don’t think there was enough there / new which was my immediate thoughts at the time. Maybe if that had been done to launch the product it would’ve hit better?
Secondly you mentioned in the crowdfunded thread it should be more. While I appreciate you may not want / be able to give exact costings etc what ballpark are we taking? Would you expect say 500-600 is more where it should be?
One of the guys on the stream said it had been in the works 7 years - was that just a stage concept, or specifically a wcw stage or doing the raw one then realising wcw may be cheaper to do initially and help facilitate a raw stage?
Lastly and again I appreciate you may not be able to give exacts if your able to give anything at all because it’s commercially sensitive but say something like the crowdfund or the attitude era ring what are the rough splits built into the price? Is it say 50% research + design + production, 25% advertising (including review units for influencers etc), 10% other costs like packaging, getting online etc and then 15% profit? I enjoy the business side of things and think it may help people understand a bit more (especially as it should’ve cost more) as some say “well it’s just a bit of plastic” not knowing the tooling costs etc that go into it

Generic heads have been done in the past in the Create a Superstar line as an alternate head alongside a known talent. Is it possible to use them in the main line similarly? For example, could you make a Nitro Girl Stacy Keibler and give her a couple extra generic heads to help build out an entire dance team?

Happy Easter, is the bend and bash line continuing? Barely see any figures, old or new, at Walmart, target or online wholesale sites. Bend N Bash has run its course. A new kids focused line is already deep into development. Great news. As a parent I love the kids lines plus I think they’re often more fun and inventive than the elites etc where accuracy is a scrutinised- I’d guess from a toy designers perspective it’s possibly also more fun to do the zombies, monsters etc and let imagination run wild (brother). Is there any more info you can let us in on - waves planes, figures per wave, stockists, aprox release timeframe etc? |
