Have you taken the time to go look at the Mattel store and see for yourself if the outlet store has the RA figures? Not sure where your office is in relation to the store.

Hey Steve, I just picked up the Greatest Hits Seth Rollins Elite today from Smyths in the UK. Great figure, I'm really grateful for this line giving UK collectors an opportunity to add figures that were US exclusives to our collections.
The problem is, I noticed my Seth is missing gold deco on the left knee pad. Is this something customer support could help out with? I'd normally exchange it in store but I didn't notice this was missing until I'd already thrown the packaging away.

Will older Kevin Nash Elites be an idea in the greatest hits wave? Would love to get an updated version of the Elite 16(outsiders gear) or the RSC Exclusive version.

Since I’ve seen you mention PowerTown, and you’re obviously aware of what they’re doing, has it lit a fire to consider avenues for any older talent you might potentially have access to? I was thinking Legacy sets like Randy, Cowboy Bob and “The Big O” Bob Sr, as way to get some older guys out.

Can you talk about what's happening to the basic line, seems like stores are far behind and the set with Gigi and Jacey has become hard to find even on ringside

Hey Steve I have a few questions and a comment
My questions are is a re release of the Amazon rock ultimate edition in the works for the new best of series? I understand there is a new target rock exclusive that is similar to it but I’m talking about an exact re release, also which ultimates are at your will to re release? I am thinking the store exclusives like Walmart, target and Amazon may not be available to be re released and just the main line ones are, can you please shed some light on that
For my comment, I really hope these best of series don’t continue because as a collector re releasing these figures is kind of a bummer for guys that take pride in owning rare figures, it kind of ruins it a tad for me at least, don’t get me wrong I have benefited from it but also have lost as well, thanks Steve in advanced

I find it weird that a preorder exclusive item that hasn’t been able to order for 10 months was sent out to influencers months ago but people who purchased the product haven’t gotten any update.
I’m all for sending a product to influencers to hype up to get some orders in but this one makes no sense.

I’d suggest buying a new one at retail and returning the figure with missing deco as defective once you have that new one. |

Most are fair game except for the figures that are truly meant to be limited like the SDCC and New Gen Arena figs. But the pool isn’t too deep on these like Elites so the re-releases won’t be very frequent. Maybe once a year max if that. |

We have plans to release every Legends talent we have access to unless some unforeseen issues prevent it. That’s been the case for the last 5 years or so. Love what PowerTown is doing but it hasn’t changed our release plans. |

Hey Steve - What happens in the case of a character like Kim Chee, who was played by multiple people? Would Mattel be able to do a Kim Chee without dealing with rights for, say, Steve Lombardi? I'd love to see a Kamala/Kim Chee Elite 2 pack as a retailer exclusive. Not sure. Case by case basis with some of these characters. |

Hey Steve - will Ultimate Editions stay at 3 per-wave going forward? Also, will there be any pattern to the waves (eg. 2 current figures, 1 Legend)? Mainline Ultimates will be 3 figs per wave going forward. No set pattern, we’ll just try to make strong appealing waves but you’ll see a little more modern talent in mainline in the near future with legendary talent currently represented as Ultimates so heavily elsewhere (Legends, CC, MNW, etc.). |

Thanks for taking the time, Steve. With the Major Pod LJN style figs seemingly picking up a lot of buzz, would Mattel also consider LJN style figures, 8 inch and in scale with the originals? I know CC is already an homage, and I love them! But with your Legends available, I think doing true LJN style could be amazing too! Too expensive or a possibility? Thank you!
