Will the upcoming Elite Honky Tonk Man rerelease use different matrerial/dye for the jumpsuit? The one used on the retrofest, originally an awesome, vibrant shade of blue, fades into this dull pale blue with time. It's happened to me on two different Retrofest figures, and no, they weren't hit by sunlight, they were just opened and displayed in a case :/

 

Hey Steve, hope all is good, before asking any questions I'd like to say it would be cool to have you in future events in the UK alongside Bill, Bill was nice enough to answer several questions and gave me a good insight behind the effort that goes into production of the figures.

Below are a few questions

I spoke to Bill about the possibility of having a more ripped torso for future elite Edge figures, he said now that I mentioned it he might have a torso that's perfect for Edge, I'd love to know which torso that is.

Question 2: I got the new elite Gunther, I love the figure, I wanted to know if the torso arms and legs were specifically sculpted for Gunther because it looks exactly like him!

Question 3: Can something be done about the distribution in the Middle East? Our figures are too outdated and are almost triple the retail price of the US.

Hey Steve, business question: Which is the criteria about a legend goes to the greatest hits or best of legends line?

For example, Why Harley Race and Typhoon are in greatest hits and not best of legends?

Mattel in 2024 will try to separate re-release between modern talents and legends?

This was fresh out of the box, barely touched by me. Eventually I'll get around to seeing what I can do about it in terms of polish remover or something. I usually don't gripe much about QC issues, but it does kinda bite for something like a year-long MC order.

I remember Jakks used to have a "Best of" for certain characters, a Goldust figure with a wig from a certain era, robe from a different era, so the attires weren't event accurate, my long winded question is would you guys consider making figures that don't coincide with an event (ex: The Rock with his new Tattoo and wrestling trunks)
