Hi Steve, are you surprised we haven’t had a SummerSlam 93 Lex Luger in the line yet? Either Elite or Ultimate.

Some retailers take Top Picks in solid cases and some take it as an assortment. You can tell by checking out the shelf tags. If you see an actual talent name, it’s open stock solid cases.

I’d prefer not to re-release the SDCC figures as-is. I’d be open to re-doing the talent though similar to Fan TakeOver Ultimate Warrior.

Another question. Is there any possibility there will be territory based figure releases in the future for figures like Dusty Rhodes, Harley Race, Junkyard Dog, Terry Funk, Jerry Lawler etc etc? Are there legal barriers or is there just a perceived lack of interest from consumers

I was wondering if Mattel have considered trying to make multiple heads common on Elites at some point in the future. For animating/photography, it is helpful to have an action/open mouth expression (for hitting, being hit, yelling, etc.) and then a character specific expression headscan. Additionally, based on threads I have seen in the past, people seem divided on which expression type is better (due to different reasons for collecting/ideal display) and this could help everybody out.

I love the upcoming MNW Kevin Nash and the hairpiece is awesome. I hope it becomes more common and seems it could be used for bandana wearing folks (like Syxx, Hall, and Nash) as well as those figures can suffer from large foreheads when they come with removeable bandanas. Are there plans to use this quite a bit for folks with long hair? I think it would be neat to have multiple heads and multiple different styles of hairpieces come with figures and allow for a lot of different combinations which again can help with animating/photography.

I may be in the minority with this, but has any consideration been given to slowing down the number of alternate hands released with Elites? We seem to get the same ones over and over again, and they just pile up in a box doing nothing - I'm all for still getting character specific hands where needed (such as the ringed hands for Brother Love etc.) but I'd much rather see them going forward when they're needed and not just for the sake of including them.

As a International collector…
I’ve spent my morning searching EBay for Ruthless Aggression Elites and Store Exclusive Ultimates being sold in the states and even the scalpers are struggling to get ahold of anything.
Then I’ve seen on here even Americans are having preorder Basics (of all things!) cancelled by the supplier saying Mattel have cancelled there shipment.
Im worried not just for international collectors but all Mattel WWE collectors that this period of releases is going to become a dark time in collecting.
With incredibly expensive and rare figures been from this period.

So…
Has the “average/normal” quantity been produced and there stuck in transit somewhere?
Did something happen to the shipping vessels? (pirates?)
Are too many figures coming out and there’s a back log?
Have you spread your factories too thin?
If so will that backlog be fixed/honoured?
UK customers have gotten Legends series for the 1st time with series 20 but now Americans are struggling to get series 20…why is this?
Is there any plans to release Ruthless Aggression or Walmart/Target exclusives to UK retailers?
There’s Walmarts in UK…why don’t they get the exclusives too?
Is the Summerslam series this year coming to the UK like usual PPV build a figure sets do?
Why was Brie Bella missed in the UK when releasing the Royal Rumble 2023 series (the baf collecting became useless)?

Do you worry that you will lose international collectors and over time then lose your foothold in the UK?


I send this message as a collector and because I care for the success of this line and for collectors (including me obviously).
It’s getting tough out there and having to pay double/triple is hard enough pill to swallow never mind never having a option to purchase the figures.
