Just like Orton probably got a bonus to let Roman kick out of the rko, b+ dbry got one to lose clean to a c+ player.

This was definitely the best show I've seen in years from them aside from halftime heat last year

This was actually a blessing in disguise for WWE IMO. It will be interesting to see if this will bring any more eyes to NXT on Wednesday nights. I know people that watch RAW/SD weekly but never watch NXT for whatever reasons they chose. Maybe seeing some of the stars will get more WWE fans tuning in. Its easily been the best weekly wrestling for over a year or more now.

If Daniel Bryan decides to 'invade" NXT, can we get Daniel Bryan vs Pete Dunne? I've been wanted to see that match for years.

Look what it brought us tonight.

Its easily been the best weekly wrestling for over a year or more now. NXT has been the WWE's best kept secret since 2012. Tonight's SmackDown proves me right. Nights like this is why I love being a fan. As I am typing this, I am on a natural high because I loved every bit I saw. Who would have thought we would see the NXT Championship being defended on broadcast television? The WWE created a situation out of the blue and needs to let the momentum rolling. This is the time to get people invested in the product. The Survivor Series this year is going to be must see. I swear, the timing couldn't be perfect. I am sure the fans in Chicago will make this show great.

So all it took to get a good show was to populate it with NXT wrestlers. Funny, that. If I were Vince, I'd be taking a long hard look at my writers room after this.
Huh, no plan, we're scrambling, bunch of guys from that Florida group filling in...boom...fantastic show. I wonder why...

Its pretty much Triple H, HBK, RoadDog and a few other wrestlers essentially putting the storylines together? I think that's what separates NXT from all other. They dont have Hollywood writers that dont know crapabout wrestling like RAW & SD and they actually have coherent storylines unlike AEW plus the wrestling is fantastic. Ive said for years that wrestling needs to be written by "WRESTLING PEOPLE" not some schmuck that got a creative writing degree at some liberal arts college.

is that Killshot from Lucha underground? Yes. He debuted in the NXT Breakout Tournament and is now a part of NXT/205 as Isaiah “Swerve” Scott.
