i like it. im gonna miss the old school belt, but this new one is fine. i think it just needs a pop of color somewhere thats all Exactly how I feel. I was telling my wife that I'd add the color logo and blue water. Then an hour later someone posted this on Reddit...  Unreal how big of a difference that little color addition makes. And in a good way. |

I really don't see anything special about it the "classic" championship was timeless in design and maybe a black strap instsad of the white which didn't suit everyone that held the gold. Even the old IC title was one of my faves. This one isnt doing much for me though I'm sure it'll grow on me over time.

I think a nice looking belt. Reminds me a little too much of the Cruiserweight belt. That edit with the blue added in though, that really makes it look a whole lot better.

I have mixed feelings. I dont hate it cause it does look like a good design, but i dont like it cause i love the old IC Title designs.

While I like the old one more I like the new one and get an NXT vibe from it. But they should have added the blue like posted above.

I love it, and it was more than over due to get rid of the Cody Rhodes belt. He may have added a few new touches to the design in re-introducing it, but the title belt meant way more that just being his old belt. |

Then an hour later someone posted this on Reddit... yup i saw that too and thats exactly what i was thinking. the blue globes and red to the logo is perfect, i wonder if they will actually change it? and honestly I wish they would have shortened up the word "intercontinental"...it looks stretched out to fit the circle and ends up being hard to read. |

I find the new belt to be very forgettable. I liked the old belt but I always preferred the black strap over the white one.
I'm shocked it took WWE this long to replace the Intercontinental title. Given their love of constantly changing the belts. It's been a long time coming to me as I expected both belts to be updated once this new brand split was first happening.

I actually like the design of the new belt, but hate that the WWE logo is right in the middle. It kinda kills it alittle for me. Take out the WWE logo and add another globe to the center and it’s great IMO.

Eh. If it was being reintroduced I might have liked it more. Weird way to link it so closely to the CW title, as they're on different shows. Don't care for how they forced the global aspect of the championship out of the forefront.
In my opinion, the US Title needed the facelift first.

I always think of the IC Title as more of a long, oval thing than circular. Classic and Attitude both seem to fit that description; but, oh well. Cool design anyway. I'm on board.

I like it, at least its not a big W belt like the other 10 belts the wwe has, can barely tell them apart anymore IMO. Its nice to see something new. The classic IC should of never came back, it looks so out of place these days. Even the US belt is looking dated these days.
