So as soon as I heard Jimmy Garvin say it, i knew it was the voice in the beginning of the WrestleMania song from 93. So weird that they used his voice in this song. 1st vid is of him saying it then the next is that part of the song http://instagram.com/p/B5NUlFTgjQp

Wow.... wow, wow, WOW!! So much about this I need to know now.
This was clearly going into the 1992 Survivor Series, I wonder what Jimmy's job was supposed to be with the WWE then??
Michael Hayes was still in WCW during this time, cause he was teaming with Bobby Eaton and Arn Anderson as a heel group. I remember Jimmy returned to WCW in early 1994 to do a few matches. But this WWE clip is news to me!

He also told me that the show itself was absolute trash. π

Anyone else think Vince knew this match was gonna suck and wanted them to get in a dry run before the PPV?

No matter how many times they fought it was never going to be good.

And here comes Giant Gonzalez. π

If they did give Garvin the job, he would've did wonders as a heel commentator or manager during this time period.

Woah! That's mad. It's amazing how even all these years later, we can still be surprised with little discoveries like this.

i remember reading in superstar of wrestling magazine (i still have the issue in my cupboard) here in the uk that jimmy garvin was brought in at this point but unlike the other new signings at that time (bam bam, doink, lance cassidy etc) he never turned up on tv and it was never mentioned again. very cool to finally see what they were talking about now all these years later
