Went to Wal Mart, nothing new outside of 1 E77 Ronda Rousey. Didn't see AEW pegs yet since they only said "wrestling figures".

I'm sure I already know the answer but has anyone seen MOTWWEU wave 4 in stores yet? I know they are out in the states and I'm guessing here in the next few days if not out somewhere already. Got out to the Walmart at 11 this morning. The pegs were bare as usual. So I go to electronics and ask if they could help me with a figure. The woman says okay which one? I tell her Masters of the WWE Universe. She looks at the guy behind the counter. He says I collect those and they are backlogged without looking at anything. I said to her there is no information you can give me? Can you go scan the peg? She told me there was nothing to scan. A blatant lie since I saw the tags. So I call her useless and go home. I get a call from a friend saying he's coming over so I tell him to stop there. I get a call at 3 telling me all 3 cases are sold except one Seth Rollins. That lady totally  ed me over. Luckily my friend was knee deep int he hunt at this point so I told him to stop at another Walmart on his way home. Just got the call Jake, T and Fiend are on the way. I know eveyone has stories like this but it really shouldn't be this difficult. It seems like for every 1 good employee you find there are 10 useless ones. |

I don’t think scanning peg codes work. I had an employee scan one to let me know Those MOTU Origins figures will be in stock by Sep 27. Since then I’ve visited all the Walmart’s in my area countless times to find bare shelves and out-of-stock signs. Stock track also shows 0 out of stock. So I don’t know.

There was one time that "unnamed" site showed a jump in elites so I sprang to the WalMart instantly only to be greeted with empty pegs. I tracked down an employee and explained to her what I was looking for. She scanned the Elite barcode from the peg and the quantity reported on her scanner matched the quantity as shown on that "unnamed" site. However, the elites were nowhere to be seen, which puzzled her because her scanner said that they were on the floor and none were in the back. Overall, yes, great employees are few and far between. At the same time, I do think scanning the peg codes may have some validity to them.

The unnamed site said there were 12 in the back. There were definitely 12 in the back since my friend was told that 4 hours after I was there. By that time though they had been put on the floor and sold as he was told by an employee stocking shelves. At which time I checked the unnamed site and low and behold they are down to one (which my friend purcahsed). All that woman had to do was scan that peg and it definitely would have told her they had 12 on hand which was true.

Found the new MOTWWEU series at Walmart today just as they were closing...Fresh cases untouched by scalping hands. I picked up Jake.

Anyone see AEW figures yet? Looks like it could be in the next few days if not already. Wouldn't be surprised if they get pushed back to October. Some stores are getting only 1 case initially which will be scalped right away. The next orders will probably arrive next month. |

The store by my house has probably gotten at least 5 or 6 cases at least with 2 more on the way. They seem to be selling well enough so far but certain figures are starting to warm.. this could affect the next series where they will under order until these are gone. |

finally the site that will not be named was accurate!
I saw a stock update of 8 at 1AM last night. So I rushed over this morning and sure enough they were all there. Picked up Jake & T for myself and ARUN.
About the only thing MOTWWEU Seth Rollins is good for is a torso switch with Jake, the skin tones are pretty close, so I grabbed him too just for that.

If it makes any difference the Walmart I'm talking hadn't got any new Elites since E68 last year with the exception of a set of Ghostbusters until these E77 so I think that goes for everywhere. The reason they were clogged here though was a stand up display full of 26 Elite 65's that arrived well after the fact and hung around forever. |
