Jeff. I hate that Umaga headscan and as much as I like that Shane, it’s a straight re release so it loses points for me.

I voted for Jeff because that is one of my top favorite figures Jakks made and imo his iconic Jakks figure Jeff had during this time.
My second place goes to Umaga, third to Shane, and fourth to JBL.

I was torn on the Jeff and the Shane. Always wanted the Jeff Hardy as a kid that's why it got my vote. But that Shane stayed in my Mattel fig feds for a long time after. Still one of my favorite of him.
