Why didn’t Jesse do a 3-count when hogan held M$M down on the mat so Randy could drop the elbow? diBiasie was incapacitated and both shoulders were on the mat for an extended period of time.

In the weeks leading up to the show it was shown that the Mega Bucks had "bought" Ventura. There was a Brother Love show where they are giving him $100 bills.

Because Jesse was originally supposed to be in Hogan's place. Venturamania was gonna run wild and never had the chance to do so.
