I only really subscribe the odd month to watch their classic content. never really used it for too much current stuff except the big events - rumble, mania, etc. there’s a bar that I go to that always hosts the big events. also, it’s ran in theatres like famous players. so there’s options. I’m exactly the same, the appeal of the network to me isn’t the monthly PPV’s, it’s all the older content. So I would definitely still keep it. I mean I ain’t gonna be too mad if I can’t see elimination chamber, you know what I mean.

With the current creative and talent, they won’t draw what they think they will on PPVs. They don’t have a big enough star to draw in casual fans and the hardcore fans have switched over their PPV money to AEW. On top of that Vince is gonna shrink network subscriptions by a significant amount. What a terrible move.

I read the title of the thread and was expecting the first post to be:
"Now that Goldberg has beaten The Fiend, what will you do with your Network? Keep it or Cancel it?"

I have to say, I thought this was going to be a thread, whining about the general state/direction of the company. As for taking PPV's off the network, I don't think even Vince is stupid enough to do this. They know the majority of subscribers have the network for PPV's - they even try to hook new subscribers, by advertising that the first PPV is free. Who is going to go from paying $9.99 to $60? Here in the UK, the box office price is double the cost of the network, so it wouldn't be as bad. As for your question, I'd probably keep it - there's enough stuff on there, that is worth the price. The PPV's were always the major selling point, though.

They won’t care who buys them, it’s the money they would get from the rights fee that they’re after.

I use it mostly for the classic content, so I’ll keep it. But I won’t be paying for current ppvs at all.

We've said that A LOT the last several years...about Vince being stupid enough...and he's always proven never underestimate his ability to do something really shitty...I'm pretty sure he's going to do this. It'd be extremely un-Vince like and Un 2010-on Corporate WWE not to...

I used it for NXT, Takeover's and PPV's. That's pretty much it, so I'm not paying 120 a year for 5-6 Takeover events.

So rumors are WWE will either go with ESPN or Amazon to do PPV streaming for probably $60.00. Now what PPV if not all are unknown, as of now if signed Mania will be the first PPV to do this. My question is what will you do with your WWE Network if this becomes the case. Now I first read it might be the big four, but we all know if this works out, Vince will make it all PPV's. Now it is sort of ironic, because when the thought of the WWE Network started to become real, I said that if they weren't including PPV's I would still buy them. Now years later I think I would have to pick one of the other. I mean just buying the big four will cost you $240 a year at $60 plus the $120 for the Network. I mean on top of that just having every PPV for $60 is a little much. Let me know what everyone thinks. A PPV deal with ESPN+ isnt going to work. Fans are paying $9.99/mo for the WWE Network and now they will have to subscribe to ESPN+ for $4.99/mo or $49.99/year and pay full price $44.95/mo and $54.95 for Wrestlemania. That means for the year WWE Network= $120 ESPN+ =$50 Wrestlemania= $55 Other PPVs= $495 People can barely afford $150/mo for cable to watch Raw and NXT.

Keeping it for the library. I only watch 2 of the PPV's a year anyway.

I still haven't subscribed since it launched. I can think of better ways of spending $9.99

I used to subscribe a month here and there. I haven’t subscribed since the hell in a cell debacle. I am thinking of subscribing to ESPN +, but for ufc events.

I don’t like subscriptions. I used to have the network for the archival content but I cancelled it a couple years ago

My internet isn't good enough for a subscription, but new ppvs aren't my deal anyways, so I would still buy the network if I could for the oldschool content.
