So rumors are WWE will either go with ESPN or Amazon to do PPV streaming for probably $60.00. Now what PPV if not all are unknown, as of now if signed Mania will be the first PPV to do this. My question is what will you do with your WWE Network if this becomes the case. Now I first read it might be the big four, but we all know if this works out, Vince will make it all PPV's. Now it is sort of ironic, because when the thought of the WWE Network started to become real, I said that if they weren't including PPV's I would still buy them. Now years later I think I would have to pick one of the other. I mean just buying the big four will cost you $240 a year at $60 plus the $120 for the Network. I mean on top of that just having every PPV for $60 is a little much. Let me know what everyone thinks.

I only really subscribe the odd month to watch their classic content. never really used it for too much current stuff except the big events - rumble, mania, etc.
there’s a bar that I go to that always hosts the big events. also, it’s ran in theatres like famous players. so there’s options.

I'm keeping it. I mainly use it to watch old Raws and Smackdowns anyway.

It won't affect me at all, seeing as how I don't have the network.
If it messes with the already diminished DVD offerings though...

I think there's one real reason why I would keep it. Takeover.

I only really use it for Takeovers and classic content. If it moves, I'll just start going to Hooters again where they would show the events every month before the Network existed.

Do what I always do, use it for NXT and 2006-2008 WWE.

This is the first I have heard of this, but it sucks if true. I know for one I would not give them an extra penny for a PPV over the 9.99 I am already paying. That was part of the appeal of the Network in the first place that you got all of the PPV events. This surely (and no I did not call you Shirley) be something that they are actually considering doing? Here in the UK, we have all the PPVs on the Network, but they are still available on PPV (which cost more than one month of the WWE Network so I am not sure who the hell actually buys them) maybe this will be the same thing that they do in the USA? Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if this will even affect us in the UK as the PPVs are already available?

I only watch it for older PPVs and stuff I liked when I was a kid. So are they saying the major PPVs won't be on the network?

I would keep it. The amount of older content on there from the 80s and 90s create a great cause in me keeping the Network than cancelling it because I can't see a 4 hour WWE PPV where I can see the rematches on Raw and Smackdown later that week.

Also of note. It would be on ESPN+ which you also need a subscription to. So it would be 4.99 a month plus the cost of PPV. That is how it works for the UFC. So to keep the network and watch PPV it would be 9.99 + 4.99 + 69.99 (for HD PPV) + tax. So around $100

Who is signing up for ESPN+ just so they can spend $60 a month on PPVs again? I'd keep the Network. I'd just go from barely watching the weekly shows but largely watching all of the PPVs, to barely watching the weekly shows, to absolutely never watching the PPVs.

I'll keep it. I mostly use it to watch classic content now anyways. I catch the occasional current PPV every now and then, so that won't really bother me. BTW, not what I was expecting when I saw the thread title. I was expecting this to be a question of "Are you dropping the Network after the results of yesterday's Super Showdown?". I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't about that.

I'd keep it.
But I'm also not going to get all worked up over the rumors without any concrete proof or prices.

Ill keep it cause the classic content is what I have it for. However Ill find stream for their PPVs because they wont see another dime from me on those.

Vince suggested in his stock conference call they might consider selling content or handing the POV rights over to a bigger entity. I wonder what will happen after mania. The stocks took a huge hit the last few months
