Who had the kinda heat where you just wanted to turn off or fast forward. I'll say: Shane Douglas, Marcus Bagwell, Steiner, Gene Snitsky, Jeff Jarrett, Ed Leslie (any incarnation), Unmasked Kane, babyface Sheamus circa 2011-2014, 2009/10 John Cena, the original Sin Cara, Dynamite Kid & lastly, Great Khali & Hornswoggle.

None of those guys really qualify for X-Pac heat. Fact is fans never forgave X-Pac for turning on Kane, they were a very likeable tag team and Kane watched over him like a big brother so when X-Pac to turn on him he became the most hated man on the roster and fans never cheered for him again.
Before X-Pac turned heel he was really over with the crowd.

That is a great description of X-pac heat, people forget just how over he was and his team with Kane. I always enjoyed his in ring work and him against Rock at Capital Carnage 98 is one of the most fun live event matches I have seen.
As far as who has the "X-Pac" heat with me.... I have three that spring to mind.
Bastion Booger: What a freaing stupid character and even for the time. He looked gross, but I never for one single second took him as a threat to anyone on the actual roster. It is crazy that he was going to be one of the orange card Hasbro figures! Had the line continued that would have warmed the shelves for decades to come lol.
Alberto Del Rio: I do not think anyone has been given the keys to the kingdom or pushed to the moon and failed more than this guy!. I hated Alberto Del Rio! I always used to see the phrase "he is smooth in the ring" I never got this! I found him boring as hell on the mic and even more boring in the ring. Also, he comes across as a real POS as a human being. Some wrestlers can have a legit complaint about the way they were used, he sure as hell cannot. He was given every chance to connect to the audience and he failed every time.
Alicia Fox: She sure is pretty and on Total Divas she comes across as a super nice girl, but she is the worst and I mean worst in ring performer I have seen in my 30 years as a fan. It is impressive how long she has kept her job despite not improving in any regard. Everything she does looks completly fake, even just running in the ring.
There have been many wrestlers I have not enjoyed over the years, but those three are the only "change the channel" wrestlers that really spring to mind.

Very few people get what is described as X-Pac heat. It's also hard these days to draw the line as to what is legitimate heat and what is go away heat. Baron Corbin comes to mind. When someone acts like a true heel these days, they get self proclaimed go away heat from fans, but it just seems like regular heat to me.
Lots of people get go away heat from me, but it's subjective. I've changed the channel on Rollins, Triple H, Stephanie, Orton and Hogan. Though usually this is because of what they're doing, rather than who they are.
I'd rather get X-Pac heat than a Charlie Haas pop.

Shane Douglas?!?! You are ing crazy!! That guy was so damn good as a heel in ECW and even in the WCW years in 1999 and 2000. I always thought X-Pac heat wasn't because he turned on Kane, or was a heel, but more so that he just never changed his DX like gimmick from 1998 until 2002 when he left the company??

The crowd booed Cena mercilessly, and not because they cared about the Miz. That was a terrible look for WWE in their biggest event of the year, but Vince was being insanely stubborn at that point.

That is probably the best example of X-Pac heat. The crowd hated Cena then, but I think I even hated Miz more then. It was a brutally bad match too.
