This is absolutely gutting. Wish they'd just postpone it but I guess there's uncertainty there. Can't they just pack the arena with PC staff or something just so there's some sort of atmosphere.. CDC is advising against gatherings of 50+ people for the next 2 months and some states are even banning it I forget the US is doing something about the pandemic our PMs advice is be prepared to lose loved ones and wash your hands while singing happy birthday. |

absolutely no reason NOT to postpone it to a later date even if in another city. It sucks the fans cant go, Im one of them but really who the hell wants to watch 5 hours of wrestlemania in an empty warehouse? There's absolutely nothing WWE could do to make that show even remotely good now.
Alexa Bliss dancing naked on top of the WWE Performance Center arena?

I'm in the boat, of it being stupid that they're still planning to have it go on as scheduled. It's not like still having it will stop the loss of money that's going to come from not being at the venue. Like others have said, you air a special that night, and sometime in the summer, you ditch one of the 'lower' events and put Mania on then. You've already got a card, that is pretty bad to begin with, and now you won't have the vibe of the audience to try and take some of that sting out? Show's gonna suck.

Doing the weekly shows at the PC is one thing but a Wrestlemania there is completely unacceptable. Wrestlemania is about the huge moments that are made infinitely better by the audience reactions. Just push it back a few months, begin to evolve current storylines away from what they are in order to preserve Drew and Roman's probable title wins for a grander stage at a later date. I bet they'd both rather win in front of fans later than in an empty room now.

Cena may not even be available because of movie commitments, and there is no way WWE could have kept these feuds simmering for that long, especially doing tv the way they have to do it for the foreseeable future.

When Raw and Smackdown had separate PPV's back in the day, they had to keep feuds going for like 7 weeks at a time before their first match. Then they would continue for months. That's no excuse. They could've built up the show for another month and a half |

There is no way this won't be awful.
The entire point of Wrestlemania is the spectacle, the atmosphere and the huge crowd. If they can't offer that, it shouldn't be called WrestleMania because there are bingo halls with bigger attendance.

One can only hope that they will see the backlash of not postponing the event and make the decision to hold off and wait till everything clear for them to host it with fans

yeah im not a fan of this at all. like, im fine with them running the weekly shows from the PC, it makes some sort of sense but just postpone Mania until we get this sorted out. you dont have to do all the other stuff along with it. have the hall of fame ceremony at the PC when they lift the ban on larger gatherings, and its just for WWE talent.
Have Mania in like June or early July, i just dont like this. i hope vince comes to his senses soon and makes a change
