Ok, so just me, but the image of young Shane playing with GI Joes thrills me immensely. What can I say? Yinz know my preferences by now.
But seriously, Go Linda.

I thought it was the guys from the toys that made us on Netflix that went to Vince with the idea? Then he ultimately chose LJN over them.

Shane McMahon was 12 or 13 when GI Joes came out in 1982. Linda McMahon saw that and came up with the idea for big rubber LJNs 3 years later?

But GI Joe came out before he was even born. The OG GI Joes were massive. They were pretty much in the scale of today's Hot Toys. The idea that Linda would see Shane playing with a 12 inch soldier figure and think "Hey, we should do something like that" isn't too far a stretch.

It's a cool story but, I think by that point most properties aimed at young kids were already being heavily merchandised anyway thanks to this little film called Star Wars that came out a few years earlier.

Yet will never approve a figure of herself 🤔 Oh, she approves them....& then cancels them at the last minute after companies spend loads of money on her prototypes. That's not so helpful for the toy companies Linda! Family Divided CS24

Family Divided CS24 I don’t think I’ve ever seen that CS 24 proto This is true. She just yanks them before mass production. I don't think I had ever seen CS24 either! Honestly hadnt seen that Family Divided either. Had only ever seen those 2 middle ones.

In the family divided box set, why does it look like the figure in the bottom row between The Rock & the red chair is headless?? Is that supposed to be Vince?
