Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so feel free to move if need be. Lifelong wrestling/wrestling figure enthusiast, 4 year lurker of the board and recently started posting here. A couple months ago I lost my entire collection to a house fire. Luckily no one hurt and nothing irreplaceable lost, still devastating as I had a few grand sunk into my collection and some pretty rare and elusive pieces. I got out of the game entirely figuring I couldn’t afford the price and time to rebuild my collection but over the past 4-5 months I’ve gotten the bug again and it’s been nonstop ever since. My fiancée recently ordered me the Authentic Scale Ring off of Ringside as a late Valentines Day/Early birthday present and I was stoked. I got it about three days after the order was placed and couldn’t wait to put it together. Putting it together I was pretty disappointed to find I was missing a couple of turnbuckle hooks. My fiancée and I tore the box and my display area apart making sure it wasn’t misplaced and was indeed missing. I reached out to Ringsides customer service and the directed me towards Wicked Cool Toys’ customer service. I did that and they sent me replacements out within two days with zero issue. I now have my ring set up in my small but growing display and just wanted to give a shout out to both Ringside Collectibles and Wicked Cool Toys customer service departments. Thank everyone at both places for what they do and the awesome services they provide for myself and collectors worldwide. They all get a lot of flak, and so when things go absolutely right I feel that should be acknowledged! And thank you for taking the time to read my kind of pointless post. Happy collecting!

WCT in particular have some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I own the very first edition of the Authentic Scale Ring and when they released the second edition that had the ring canvas updated to have elastic straps to secure it to the base, I reached out asking if it'd be possible to upgrade mine and they sent me a new canvas absolutely free of charge.
They could've easily said no and told me I'd have to buy a whole new ring so it was very cool of them to do that.
