Highly doubt they'll change it.
If they didn't change/fix: - Johnny's Boots - Edge's Torso - Pretty much every 5'10 - 6'0 guys Height (UE, Murphy, Black) - Cesaro's Arms - Rollins' Legs - Styles' Torso
Then they won't change Rude's arms & neck...
Instead of making a fix while they can, they'll give the generic response - "We'll take it into consideration for his next release"

A) That's not what PSA means. B) Like AFA said in the thread that you interacted with him in, the neck is fixed. The head isn't just sitting on the shoulders anymore.

If the figure in your post is the one that will be released then, to me, it looks like they fixed everything. The torse, legs and arms look correct to me and the head is sitting higher. Maybe the first pictures that came out wore shot from a strange angle or something. The figure in the picture you provided looks much better.

Even if the head was sitting to low that’s not a torso problem. It’s the neck stem was too short and if that’s what they released a simple head pop and stick the cotton of a head of a q-tip inside the head and pop it back on for an instant neck.

not to mention, the figures you compared it too, literally had the same body mold an as for the arms, the photos i see, in the same attire no-less, are fine for the most part

For whatever reason, the arms don't bother me that much.

There's something missing and I don't know what. The figure doesn't "pop" like the real-life Rude did. His physique is much more impressive than the parts chosen, yet I can't think of a suitable replacement.
Rude was famous for having a great upper body but also had tiny chicken legs. For my money, the best Rude that could be done is: Torso they're using Larger Dolph/Steamboat arms like original proto. Shawn Michaels or Christian legs
Other than that, I don't think Rude can be truly nailed without new parts being made. Remember, it's an upper body business, kid.
