I did some details on one of my figures using a little bit of white paint. It's been drying for days and it's still tacky. I don't understand why this is or what to do about it. Right now the figure is standing in front of a fan.
What paint should I have used instead?

Acrylic. Every time. NEVER use Enamel. It won't dry regardless of what you do.
