Didn’t know where to put this thread so I guess this is the place to put it. So I bought tickets to Smackdown in Chicago for March 27th, about 2 weeks before this whole pandemic and lockdown went into effect. I bought them straight from the Allstate arena box office in cash, which now looking back was a mistake, should’ve just bought it with credit/debit card. Well the box office and the arena are closed and I have no idea how I’m gonna get my money back lol. Guess I have to wait until the box office opens back up.

Check the back of the tickets. There might be a website or a number you can call.
I had the same experience. I was supposed to see a 35th anniversary screening of Pee Wee's Big Adventure in NY.

Yeah, waiting until the office opens again may be what you have to do. Or if there's a phone number or email you can contact to ask about it like Grumpyoldman suggests.
Personally I had a ticket to see Vukovi play in a few weeks but that's been cancelled, and they said to contact the venue for refunds. However, I know that it's a small venue and they're having financial difficulty right now. So I've opted to ignore the refund and let the venue keep the £12 if it'll help them.
