First and foremost, I'm not complaining nor am I wishing they would hurry up because it amazes me they're even open to ship orders in the current state of the World as it is. They're risking a lot just to send us our toys and it just shows you how dedicated they are to us.
Now with that being said,
Has anyone ordered from them since they reopened? If so, how long did it take for them to ship out your items?

I ordered some things on the 9th but it hasn't been shipped yet. I completely understand the situation of course so I'm pretty relaxed about it.
EDIT:
It was the 5th. I don't know what year it is anymore.

I know they were closed for a week or so, and I can only imagine how many orders they had to catch up on plus the new orders that keep hitting them every day. Appreciate the response! |

While personally I trust RSC in their handling of packages...I dont trust everyone thats going to touch it before it leave NY....It may take awhile but once NY is "cleaned up" a little...Ill thrust my money out to RSC.

Only have AEW and Fiend preorders right now from RSC, but my online shopping in general has drastically declined. Like Nivro™ said, a tad concerned with how many people will be handling it and it's better to be safe than sorry. |

I have, pretty sure I ordered like a Thursday night, label was printed on Friday, but box didn’t actually ship until like Tuesday, not complaining at all, just giving my experience....I trust RSC completely & know they are doing their best in these sh*tty times

Yes. I ordered the Hawkins elite bundle and stands WrestleMania weekend and it’s scheduled to arrive this coming Friday. I also ordered the Gargano basic last Friday and did exposures shipper since it was only like two dollars more and the figure arrived on Monday.

When did they close then reopened? If this info helps any, I made an order on the 16th of March and it arrived in just 2 days.

I want to make an order, but since it has to travel internationally, i'm not sure if i should do it now or wait until everything has calmed down a bit.
I trust Ringside with everything, and wouldn't mind if it took a while.
Though i'm hesitant thinking about the international carriers, like if it were to get lost sitting somewhere for an extended period of time, due to the restrictions/lockdowns.

What I’ve been doing with packages lately is taking them in with a pair of gloves and then dumping them in a huge trash bag. After 3-4 days I go spray my packages with disinfectant and then open them.

I open packages outside near my trash can. Toss the box & sanitize hands & grab some disinfectant wipes for the contain & box cutter.

Fortunately, I place an Easter order right before they shut down.
People need to keep buying from them if they can though, it'd be a real shame if they closed down.

Yeah, I'm caught up on all the wrestling figures I need for my collection, now I'm just gathering figure protectors for all my legends. Kind of bummed they're out of 2015 cases because I only need 3 to wrap those up, but I just used that money to get a few multi purpose ones. |
