The greatest ring announcer of all time, he was a huge part of the shows for me as a kid.
My grandad for some reason would always pop when they would call him The Fink or have "The Fink" on the screen when they were telling you who he was.
I loved the way he would announce a NEW WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION CHAMPION, he would really emphasize the NEW part of it.
Also as a kid whenever he would announce The Rockers, I would always hear it as him just saying "The Rocker" I do not know why, but this is always something that has stuck with me.
Such a shame he passed away a true legend of the WWF.

A lot of people get "greatest of all time" tacked onto them after they die, but it REALLY was the case for Howard. No other ring announcer came even remotely close in the wrestling business.
I'm very sad he had to go before his time.

Great ring announcer. The pop he could get from the crowd by saying "new" after championship matches was amazing.
