Was I the only not able to find this toy or did it happen across the country? The other yellow cards I didn't even find until late 1995 during the KB sale so I guess that was a Hasbro distribution issue in certain places but even then, I didn't find Nailz in the store. I had to order it for $25 from a collector store in early 1996. I know Hasbro was like year behind on the guys they produced so maybe they pulled Nailz early on in the run? I remember hearing a story that Dusty Rhodes and even Akeem had been pulled by the company but I was still able to find them.

I don't recall seeing Nailz in stores, but most yellow cards were like that (Northeast). Then eventually the famous KB 3/$10 sale came up and half the yellows were available.

Nails was the ONLY Hasbro I never found. I had to buy Nasty Boys in a collector's store, and my grandparents ordered me the Green Cards from a catalogue. The only figure I never could find anywhere was Nailz -- my guess is he was short packed. And maybe they pulled some of the production run because he got fired -- though I don't know about that

Bulldog and Steamboat and Nastys were tough but eventually found them at a Toy Liquidators type store in 1992 or 1993. Pre Jakks it seemed like a lot of toy lines had a tough one to find. I could never find the Galoob Tom Zenk or the Justoys Butch Reed and there was the Dick Tracy Playmated The Blank along with the second series of Police Academy. I'm guessing with Nailz it was either short pack or pulled early. The WWF magazine ad showed available in August 1993 so if they had come out by that time he would have been gone 6 months but more than that was the issue with Vince McMahon.

One would have thought he would have been a shelf warmer if he was out there since he was not around a considerably long time and would not have been popular with the fans. Unless you were a collector, I do not see where anyone would want him other than to bash him around with a more favored figure.

I saw every WWF Hasbro figure on the shelves with the exception of the green card series and Nailz!
Andre I only saw once. Same with the Nasty Boys.
For the yellow cards, I only saw them at a regional chain called Fred Meyer. I was lucky enough to get one or two each time before they were gone.
I only recently got Nailz a year or two ago. What’s amusing is the fact that I bought a few lots and now I have 3-4 of them!

A friend of mine gave me a Nailz figure. I don't know what color card it originally came in

Yeah I’m from 🇬🇧 and had a Nailz, I remember having him, Michaels, Razor, Crush maybe Kamala can’t remember, seemed Owen Hart was harder to find here for me anyways. I had a prettt cool 2 Up Paintmaster Prototype Head Sculpt they made at Hasbro of Nailz in the past, looked pretty nice 👍
