Why not start with some figures that don’t need a license, such as a classic Referee (blue shirt bow tie), Ring announcer, cameraman, security guard. Give them all 2 different heads and you will habe a great start. No reason to think about 10 pounds of gold or whatever and pretty sure you will have a better position if you can already provide some experience. Just a quick possible lineup: Series 1 Referee (blue shirt bow tie) Ring Announcer Cameraman Security Guard (yellow security shirt) Series 2 Referee (white shirt bow tie) Time Keeper with ring bell Fitness Coach Police Guard Series 3 Referee (black and white stripes) Ambulance Security Guard (black shirt) Female Interviewer As for NWA figures. These habe to be WWF Hasbro or WWF LJN style. The whole concept is Retro, so possible figures should be aswell.

Treasonous statement incoming:
But I was hoping that "the company that cannot be named" would make an NWA belt pack like they did for RoH.

I’m up for 3 3/4” scale figures. I’d prefer the bodies to be articulated similar to WWE Build & Brawl and Marvel Universe.

If these are unique and cool, scale won't matter to me personally. If I had my preference, I'd want them as close to on-line with Hasbro's as possible.
Either way, I look forward to keeping up with your progress. Hoping everything comes to fruition for you. Is there Social Media to follow for updates?

With the market being at1/12, I don't see smaller wrestling figures being a success. Micro Brawlers and Funko are the exception.

I think the GLOW figures (Liberty Belle / Zoya) made by Funko are roughly 3 3/4 scale and although they don't have the full GI Joe articulation, I think they're pretty decent figures.

I'd be interested if they looked realistic and would be in scale with Mattel WWE, AEW and those other 6-7" wrestling figures coming out.

I would love classic NWA figures, but not sure how that would work with licensing. Classic as in 1980's wrestlers from NWA with regional World Class, Portland, Georgia, etc.
