The best thing out of a sale would be the end of Vince’s legendary pettiness. Hopefully, we’ll get loads of new legends signed to deals and therefore loads of new figures.

I personally believe that Vince would rather die than work for someone else or have someone else run his baby.
More than likely, he's just going to sell stock to FOX and ESPN, and not the whole company.

I don't ever see Vince selling WWE unless he got an offer he really couldn't refuse, and I doubt ESPN and FOX will give Vince that type of money. I know FOX gave WWE a billion dollars for Smackdown, but I think it'll take more than that for Vince to sell. We'll see what happens in the upcoming weeks.

i just can't see the wwe leaving the mcmahon family estate. stephanie and triple h seem like they're locked in to take control inevitably. Vince made WWE publicly traded and he owns less shares of his company at 42%. I doubt Steph or HHH could afford to buy his shares if god forbid he passed. I think we will see the death of WWE when we lose Vince, and I'm hopeful that day is years down the road. |

Between Vince & Linda, Shane & Marissa and Steph & Hunter the family owns over 50% of the stock. No one entity owns more then about 5% outside of that. Its staying in the family. |

Wouldn't be fair on his kids if he sold. They're the ones who should inherit.
I just couldn't imagine the WWE without the McMahons in charge.
