Something I was thinking of was TNA's Legends of the Ring line. They were able to put out NWA Sting attires and even a WWF Jeff Hardy (unless that was a look he wore in TNA, which I don't think he did). Jeff was an early TNA attire from his 04-05 run. Pretty sure they were only able to do TNA & NWA attires. The singles Hogan they did was from NJPW, so i assume they could have done NJPW attires too. |

TNA had licensing deals with NWA & New Japan. Neither of those would happen with AEW now. New Japan has their own line now and Billiam Corgan isn’t gonna want to license NWA to AEW

I think it's a safe bet that if AEW dips their toe in on legends figures, Punk is a longshot.
Honestly I'm way more interested in guys who don't have any modern figures vs somebody who already has a ton of Mattel figures.

That's a pretty subjective thing to say. I personally think the guy comes off as a shady human being and a joke according to those things but hey if you're into that more power to ya pal. I tend to think things like him  ing Traci Brooks while working in TNA and lying to Daffney about TNA not wanting her so as to not blow his cover is worse than literally everything you listed but hey, alright. I mean there's also all the dudes he treated like sh*t and had issues with on the indies as well but yeah, him clashing with WWE management is what makes him a bad person. Ok, buddy. |
