Well, Purazzo had a vignette air on impact tonight. Crap. No guarantee its a full time deal or anything so it could still be possible to come to aew, but it's a lot less likely.

This came up in the live thread for dynamite this week, but I did some digging. Straight from Tessa Blanchard her contract with impact was until sometime in 2020, and the most accurate speculation I can find pegs it mid July. Whether she extended it, wants to leave, has a no compete, wants to go to AEW, is actually welcome in aew, are questions we don't know. But her original impact contract was signed until about mid 2020. So one way or another we'll know her future soon. I'm all for second chances and allowing people to grow and change, and she's one of the best female wrestlers on the planet.

Whenever Stardom decides to drop the belt from Mayu Iwatani, I wouldn’t mind seeing her there. Got a really strong feeling that if AEW doesn’t pick her up, whenever Hunter does another Mae Young Classic, he might snatch her up real quick though.

Got a really strong feeling that if AEW doesn’t pick her up, whenever Hunter does another Mae Young Classic, he might snatch her up real quick though. I feel like Mayu always was in the shadow of the other joshi ladies but she is just so good in the ring so she deserves to showcase it. A program with Hikaru Shida could be amazing. Another joshi talent that works for Stardom and has good history with Shida is Syuri. She was even in the UFC at one point. I think she could be great in AEW as well. I hope once the pandemic is over we can get a program between Hikaru Shida and Bea Priestly. I could see that being good on paper. As far as Tessa is concerned, none of us know what the full story is there. She clearly messed up in one way or another but I also think it should've stayed between those involved. I think the only person that had a right to bring it up was La Rosa Negra as she was directly involved in the incident. I also think Big Swole was a mediator between the two and explained how she thought Tessa was wrong but that there was mediation involved on both sides.

I think they have a really solid division but if I could add one person, probably Tessa or Jordynne Grace
