Someone stop Jake from trying to book himself into matches. He needs to be pretaped, and edited, always. TALK ABOUT ARCHER.

If AEW makes every squash match seem super competitive, it doesn't put over the guy getting squashed; it devalues the stars

This would be a much different (and better) promotion if Pac lived in the states and was around full time from the start.

The guys in the crowd really needed to shut up when Brodie was talking. It seemed like they "shook" him at one point. I have no issues with Stunt getting in offense on guys, but I wish MJF would have just poop kicked him there. Cheat to win and allow nothing. MJF doesn't need to be bouncing around like that. Shoulda swapped the order of the match. Markos quick stuff shoulda all came at the very beginning leading to the ring apron forearm as a cutoff. Woulda been 2-3 minutes of rebound reversal offense, then a good cutoff then MJF shoulda hit, 4/5 sick ass moves and beat the runt. |

I get not wanting to shoehorn guys into perennial losers, but eventually you need stars in some aspect. Mox, Archer, Brodie need to be dominating some of these fools they've been facing, not having back-and-forths that either one can win. |

I love OC, but I really hope they don't start booking him like some kind of singles star. There's being Stone Cold over, and there's being Too Cool over. If they remember which category OC belongs he has a great career ahead of him; if they don't the fans are going to turn fast.

Even the Kenny Omega stuff I can excuse because his gimmick is kinda that he wants to entertain and have good matches but with your World Champion or newly established monsters?? |
