Does it feel strange to anyone that AEW is casually having a match in an NFL stadium? Maybe I’m just used to WWE making such a big deal about everything they do, but it’s just like “oh yeah, the match is in the stadium.” Not that it’s a bad thing, just an observation. If the two weren't so synonymous it might feel liked missed hype, but they have been rocking that place since the og announcement of aew's formation way back. That said, 50 yard line is pretty fresh.... during these inside the stadium matches it feels like a missed opportunity for a "The Throwbacks" (chikara) cameo. |

Can we safely say that months of no fan base to feed off of that AEW and NXT have no idea what direction to point the arrow? What is the long term if no crowd shows continue? With no live gate, AEW is cranking out all these hideous T shirts on ShopAEW. They are becoming a T shirt company that holds weekly wrestling matches. I just bought their USA colored logo tee. It’s a nice shirt. |

The great thing about working with Pro Wrestling Tees is that it doesn’t matter how many shirts they come out with. Really, they’re not coming out with any shirts, just designs that only get made when purchased. WWE on the other hand, to my knowledge, has all their shirts made. TBH they have a sh*t load of shirts too.

i didn't think it was the greatest go home show by any means, but they got the stories across and they had a fun ending to things i thought.
bottom line is we're getting stories that develop. you may not be that interested in cody vs archer, but i challenge you to find a story within wrestling that's being told ANY better currently. the roles are clear, the match will only happen in this manner once, and they've built up the monster vs man.
throw in a ladder match and the elite vs the inner circle in a fun style match, and i've been sold since the start.

It’s a nice shirt. I purchased a Pineapple Pete & Shawn Spears Heartless crapand got my girlfriend a new Darby Allin shirt to go with her standard AEW logo shirt she already has. Some of their stuff is actually pretty awesome, design wise. |
