in 1986 after Hulk Hogan pins Andre the Giant , that someone from the future tells you, "In 10 years Hulk Hogan will be a major bad guy, a move that rejuvenates his career in a company called WCW, owned by Ted Turner" in 1998 after Goldberg beats Hogan for the title on Nitro, someone tells you, "in 21 years Goldberg will headline a WWE (Formerly WWF) PPV in Saudi Arabia against The Undertaker" in 1988 someone tells you that blond hair kid from the Rockers will be one of the greatest wrestlers of all time
on Dec 31 2000 someone tells you in 4 short smonths WCW and ECW will be out of business and WWF will become WWE in 2002
Imagine watching The heart Foundation in 1997 (Bret, Owen, Davey Boy, Neidhart, Pillman) and being told that only one of those men would be alive in 2020 and that man miraculously survived a stroke

If WCW wouldn't have pulled all of the stupid crap that Vince Russo had wrote for them, and Bischoff and his proposed investors did manage to buy WCW from Turner, they might still be in business today. Impact wrestling might have not ever existed. Sting would have stayed loyal to WCW. The invasion would have never happened. There are so many endless possibilities of what could have happened

imagine you were told at survivor series 91 that this new undertaker character is gonna be one of the greatest iconic superstars ever!
imagine in late 92 being told ultimate warrior would not wrestle in wwf again until 1996 and for less than 6 months and 2 ppv's! then wreslte in wcw in for only 3 matches and then never wreslte again.

Jim Ross predicted Rocky Maivia would be a the next big thing but he may have been the only to think it. He probably thought the same thing about Steve Austin and Mankind though none of the three would would make it on their original gimmicks.

Imagine if you were told that a dude portraying a dentist would be behind one of the most iconic characters in WWE history, and also become a mayor.
Imagine in the early naughts being told Jeff Hardy would still be a full-time star in 2021.
Imagine watching WrestleMania XX live thinking the event would have such a pall cast over it, the show would be avoided in the future.
Imagine Deacon Batista as being a major star in Hollywood.
Imagine at the height of Hulkamania and super beef competitors that you were told a tattooed punk with greasy hair and a skinny-fat a** will hold the top prize for over a year.
Imagine at the first reveal of Crow Sting that you were told that the payoff of his match with Hollywood Hogan, which would also involve one of the competition's top guys, would be so widely considered a flop that it would deserve its own thread on internet forums.
Imagine being told a certain HOF'er would go on to hold the Presidential Office. And that's all I'll say about that one.
Imagine from any point in the last 50 years that the owner of a billion dollar company would feel comfortable enough to purposefully say the n word on live programming for sh*ts and giggles.
Since I'm on WM 19 in my marathon, imagine being told Booker T wasn't going over after that build.
