I just posted this in the other thread, but folks here will know what I am talking about and that is a Cadbury Spira! My favorite chocolate bar of all time and I want it back damn it! I'd never heard of it so I googled it and apparently there are petitions to bring it back. It does look good. Never heard of Spira? How young are you?!

Never heard of Spira? How young are you?! 29 and eleven twelfths. Then you should have heard of them. They didn't cease making them until 2005. You would have been 15/16?

I'm coming up on 33 and do not recall Spira either. And I was very much into chocolate as a kid. According to Wikipedia it was initially available only in the North West and then South West before going nationwide in '89. However I suspect it may have been in limited markets if I never saw it.

Starburst Joosters were the best jelly beans ever. I used to get them every time I went to the cinema - they were probably about £35 for a bag there, but they were amazing!
Also Zig & Zag Jelly Juice.

I wonder if its something to do with food regulations. I'm the same vein there's an acid reflux pill I used to take called ridiatine or something they've recently discontinued that with no reason too, when I tried finding out why I couldn't find anything at all, but it's banned by the FDA in the US. Could be, I do recall some food additive getting banned by the EU a few years back because it was found to have carcinogenic properties. The sweet and sour sauce we got from the Chinese takeaway became distinctly less red after that. Carcinogens was something I was thinking too. I don't drive so I'm cutting down on my carcinogens that way, now let me have me damn prawn noodles!

Quick Google search they started in the North West of England maybe they didn't reach all of the UK? I've never heard or seen them in Wales

Do they still do those packs of jelly sweets that were shaped like warriors and monsters and things and they were bright blues, greens and reds and just the sight of them were enough to bring on a sugar rush?

Can still get some of those jelly packs in the odd corner sweet "shoppes" they have knocking around now. Marina life themed.
Anyone remember those looney tunes strips š

Those yoghurts your mention - Onken Frufoo Yoghurt -Ā s always my immediate answer when this question pops up. Also: Spaghetti sauce flavour Monster Munch Kellogg's Banana Bubbles (the cereal that thinks its a milkshake!) I also remember enjoying red Sunny Delight and a green one. And the grandaddy of the all... CREAMOLA FOAM. I will second the spaghetti sauce Monster Munch! The nearest thing to that is the spicy flavoured Cheetos. I loved Smiths Cheese Moments, for some reason they only seem to make scampi fries and bacon fries now. I also loved this garlicky savoury rice š

Don't forget the WWF ones! WWF crisps too. I used to love the Bret Hart ones. I miss the pizza flavoured pot noodles. I always seem to get attached to limited edition things and miss them. There used to be a blue lynx deodorant that was limited, that I loved as well. Who else remembers when walkers sensation crisps were Inna white bag? And the had lamb and mint flavour 𤤠so good!

Haven't seen them in forever, so not sure if they do still exist or not, but Highland Toffee bars were fantastic

Can't find any pictures of it, but the limited edition Peanut Butter Lion Bar from the early 2000's.
