Can't find any pictures of it, but the limited edition Peanut Butter Lion Bar from the early 2000's. Pretty sure you can still get these? Saw them in Home Bargains 29p. Chances are they're the peanut ones. Sounds dumb but there's a difference. The peanut ones are literally just Lion Bars with peanuts in. The peanut butter ones had a similar peanut butter layer that Kit Kats have, but tasted so much better.

Going back to the Frufoo Yoghurt chocolate spaceships, I got one of the new Drumsticks chocolate bars today and to me that tastes very close to how I remember these tasting. Just not the same texture obviously.

I'd have been 14-15 that year. Never heard of them until now! Quick Google search they started in the North West of England maybe they didn't reach all of the UK? I've never heard or seen them in Wales I'm in Wales and Spira were my favourite as a kid. Devastating when I realised they stopped making them.

Banana Bubbles. A short lived Kelloggs cereal which basically was banana rice krispies. If you take a banana milkshake (yazoo or tesco, nothing too thick) and pour it on rice krispies it tastes similar.

When I was a kid we had this hot chocolate that came in a big clear plastic pot with a red lid and the chocolate was in thick granules like instant coffee. Wish I could remember what it was called.

Stealing and idea from the main board because it was interesting and I'm hungry. What foods do you miss? Corn Pops cereal. Those yoghurts that came in a doughnut shaped pot and in the hole in the middle there would be a Kinder egg style toy alien. They also did a line of chocolate UFOs filled with yoghurt. The Sunny Delight that made kids violent. The fizzy drinks with the tapioca balls in it. Orbz? Something like that. Corn Pops, forgot all about them! On the subject of cereal, I miss Ricycles, Golden Nuggets and Start! But as I'm careening towards middle age, sweet cereal isn't exactly something I should be munching. Sunny D was deffo better when it turned your skin orange. I also miss Turkey Twizzlers.

Those yoghurts your mention - Onken Frufoo Yoghurt - s always my immediate answer when this question pops up. Also: Spaghetti sauce flavour Monster Munch Kellogg's Banana Bubbles (the cereal that thinks its a milkshake!) I also remember enjoying red Sunny Delight and a green one. And the grandaddy of the all... CREAMOLA FOAM. I will second the spaghetti sauce Monster Munch! The nearest thing to that is the spicy flavoured Cheetos. I loved Smiths Cheese Moments, for some reason they only seem to make scampi fries and bacon fries now. I also loved this garlicky savoury rice 😋 I saw cheese moments a few years back in a dodgy pub... But they were probably out of date. Lovely snack, them, though.
