Say he stayed right up into the attitude era. Vince was desperate to keep him. Then in 1997, he leaves for WCW, because it's too "raunchy". How does he do in between?
who does he feud with?
does he turn hell? does he become "the babe ruth" of wwf?

I can see Vince putting him with Bundy again in 95.

If Hogan didn't leave in 1993, USA Lex Luger wouldn't have been a thing, and the Hulkster would've feuded with the Narcissist.
I could also see him feuding with Bob Backlund, billed as a battle between the best two WWF champions.
I'm pretty sure he'd have beaten Diesel at some point.

You can look at Hulk Hogan vs Big Van Vader to see what a long term Hulk Hogan vs Yokozuna feud wouldve looked like. Hogan wouldve also been wrestling Giant Gonzalez instead of fighting him in Thunder and Paradise.

Hogan always had big guys fed to him so you could expect him to face Bundy, Yokozuna, Giant Gonzales, Undertaker, and Sid

Ideally, I’d loved to have seen him put Bret over and basically be the guy who endorses the the new generation stars by giving them the rub.
Back in the real world, I think he would have got his victory back against Yokozuna, feuded with the Million Dollar Corporation and every big guy passing through. Gonzales was finished by 94, so don’t see that happening. One good thing that could potentially have happened is Vader would have looked super strong in a feud with Hogan. WWF Hogan always made his opponents look strong while feuds and matches were taking place.

I would have like to seen Hulk Hogan in black and riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle to the ring. He has always been a great entertainer and just needed to evolve his character like the Undertaker.

A lot of potential for feuds and maybe he might have turned heel. I can see him take on Razor, Diesel, a heel Backlund, Mabel, Giant Gonzalez etc.

Crazy heel Backlund putting Hogan in the crossface chicken wing would've been great

Crazy heel Backlund putting Hogan in the crossface chicken wing would've been great It would work great for a storyline, Hogan the guy who takes over the WWF after Backlund, Backlund still upset of his loss believing he never did and that the WWF championship was always his. Backlund could trash Hogan for his five demandments and "ruining the WWF".

Interesting article. Man, Gonzales v Luger would have been a horrible match.

The thought of Hulk Hogan inside a WWF ring in 1994 - 1997 just doesn't seem right. Like nothing about that picture in my head comes off positive for anyone involved. By 1995 Hulkamania was dead, for the wrestling world was running on Diesel power anyhow! ha ha ha
