Hey guys
Do any of you have details about the relationship between the WWF and SWS in Japan? Was the relationship ever acknowledged on tv? And if not how were the appearances of Kitao and Terry’s explained at WrestleMania 7?
Also, were the inter promotional cards promoted on WWF TV and were events available in America?

It was never mentioned on TV, Tenryu/Kitao were just a team from Japan coming in for WrestleMania.
The interpromotional cards weren't promoted on WWF TV and some of the matches from the 1991 Tokyo Dome shows were made available on Coliseum Video and I think two of them (LOD vs. Hogan/Tenryu, Rockers vs. Hart Foundation) were made available on WWE DVD. Most weren't. You'd have to find the Japanese commercial tapes or Japanese TV airings of those.

I remember the World Tour 91 tape having the Duggan/Kendo match from the event post Mania VII.
But yeah they never mentioned this on TV at all
