Wait.....We can get Ray Apollo Doink as long as we give it Matt Bourne head, but we cant get a Gooker from anyone else that's played it because Hector Guerrero isnt signed? I think the rule changed on that over time. I could be wrong though |

I don't play with dead wrestlers. To me, its just weird.
But I would love a general Doink figure. One that is based on the gimmick and not just Bourne.

Is Doink the first WWF example of a super popular bad guy getting so over with the crowd that they have to turn him face? I know it happened with the Road Warriors but anyone else before that? Edit: well I guess you could argue the Jake The Snake and Honky Tonk Man double turn during their feud. There are a few examples, Piper, Macho, Demolition and Undertaker. Though I think the most notable one was Jake the Snake. The WWF was about to start a feud between Hogan and Jake, during an interview segment with Jake and Hogan the fans started chanting DDT instead of Hogan. According to Jake, he went backstage after the segment and Vince said they were killing the feud, not to long after that Jake turned babyface. |

He was a heel that was gaining alot of popularity with the fans but then Vince sr.had him drop the belt to Bob Backlund and of course he left right after that. Such a shame. |
