IMAGINE seeing both cards and not watching Fyter Fest...
Night One looks dope. The only lame match there is Cody vs Hager. I'll be very upset if they get 20 minutes to end the show.

IMAGINE seeing both cards and not watching Fyter Fest... Night One looks dope. The only lame match there is Cody vs Hager. I'll be very upset if they get 20 minutes to end the show. we all know the tag match should main event night one, but it wont bc tnt is literally in the name of the title that's been main eventing dynamite already lol. i'm going into the tnt match expecting something decent, though not spectacular. they told the story of the amateur backgrounds on road to, so they could go a few different ways with the match. mat wrestling, technical (cody and hager have both won matches via submission), or a flat out brawl. i want them to exceed my expectations, but i doubt they will disappoint me. |

Cody vs. Hager sticks out like a sore thumb as far as having no interest in it. Kind of hoping the show begins with the match already in progress and it's just Cody doing the Cross Rhodes for the win. Page/Omega vs. Best Friends can then get forty minutes.

moxley/cage and jericho/cassidy have my largest focus, but the whole event looks great so far i don't see cage taking the title, but we'll see i would actually put all my confidence points in cage winning. honestly, after reading a lot of the predictions here and elsewhere, i'd place the value of my predictions pretty low on the totem pole. haha like i saw zero heads up on a potential four horsemen in the form of cody/ftr/spears, and now it seems that it's all but inevitable. which would be killer. |

i would actually put all my confidence points in cage winning. honestly, after reading a lot of the predictions here and elsewhere, i'd place the value of my predictions pretty low on the totem pole. haha like i saw zero heads up on a potential four horsemen in the form of cody/ftr/spears, and now it seems that it's all but inevitable. which would be killer. to me, it just wouldn't benefit anyone by having cage lose. archer lost his title match, brodie lost his. lucha and wardlow are nowhere close to sniffing a singles title. they need a legit big man, and what better way to do it than win the big one by dominating one of the most badass guys in the company, who's also the world champion? mox as champ without a crowd behind him is a bust, build him back up when more people can be in the arena. i'd either have him win it back in a hardcore match down the road or page finally be the one to end his reign at all out. |

I'm as close to 100% sure as one can be that cage is gonna grab the title. Khan has talked so much about how much he believes in cage, signing him and paying him while he was hurt before he had even appeared in the company, etc. Khan is (rightfully imo) super high on him. Plus having the aew championship changes hands on a dynamite. A very special dynamite, but still, a dynamite, tells the audience that you need to expect anything to happen on tv and can't just count on only the PPVs for big moments. The appeal of cage to a casual fan is easy too. He's bigger and more ripped than Brock, and can do some crazy athletic stuff. Easy guy to sell at the top.

Part of me actually wants Fyter Fest Night 2 to start with Cage coming out and Taz demanding Cage receives the title since Mox didn't show up. Ref starts the 10 count and Cage is the unofficial new champ.
