Wow what a decline in scans/colors from protos. Still glad I preordered. Even if they are not perfect, these will still be a great addition to the collection. I hope they do get better from here on out though. How do you mess up skin tone when the guy behind this series has been working on figures for so long?

I'm probably going to get jericho, just because with 3 versions they might not release another for awhile. Other than that i wont be buying in wave 1. Nobodies going to want a brandi, I'll wait for better bucks and a cody with tnt belt and neck tat. I will be getting the small ring; not pleased with only 2 sticker aprons tho

I just hope Sammy, Santana or Ortiz comes with that Inner Circle shirt the chase Jericho has, because there’s no way I find that figure on the pegs and I want that shirt for Jericho. In a perfect world it will come with Sammy because I plan on buying 2 of Sammy and when Series 1 hits local retailers I plan on buying a second of the regular Jericho. So that would work perfectly for me.

Maybe I'm just more accepting, but I think the figures look great. I'm still very excited for these and can't wait to have them in hand.
I hope I can get an Omega figure with the highlights in the hair, but no big deal if I don't. I'm sure there will be multiple figures of him. I might even try to add the highlights myself if I get a pre-corrected version.

Here's an incredible detail that I haven't seen mentioned yet. I'm not positive about the Chase Jericho or the Bubbly Jericho, but you can tell for sure on the Rare Cody that his shirt is hemmed. You can see the stitches around the collar and sleeves (or arm holes I guess, it's sleeveless). That's a quality you don't get from the shirts Mattel includes with figures, they've got no hem and it's a matter of time before they roll or even unravel. Time will tell how AEW soft good hold up but those hems are a good sign, I think.

I'm not even an AEW fan but after seeing these, I'm thinking about collecting a few of these. They look amazing! Looking forward to seeing what all this line does...it's a great time to be a collector.

I honestly should have realized this sooner. Whenever I take photos of my customs the lighting can make them look soooo much better or worse. As soon as I saw the ones with better lighting I kinda facepalmed myself for not figuring that out quicker. |

Are they all the same height? The line is in scale with Elites. Everybody in S1 is right around 6ft, so yes, they should all be about the same height. |

Jeremy's new pictures look 1,000 times better. Still think the faces could use a pinch of improvement compared to the initial protos but most of my concerns from yesterday are fading away.
