yeah the UK has only received the brown Haystacks, neither Daddy or blue have arrived yet.
given that Wrestling Trader were used to distribute the brown figs, I wonder if Wrestling Trader will be picking up distribution for the remaining figs like blue/Daddy and the outstanding Dynamites etc?

I haven’t received my brown haystacks contacted wrestling trades replied really fast advising if you bought with another item they won’t be shipping it chella will so god knows when I’ll get it as the other item on the order I already have

Worldwide inflation, cost of living rising - its a real thing. Collecting was given an artificial shot in the arm from covid payouts, people locked up etc. slowly we’ve seen it being righted but it’s still artificially inflated Now free income is drying up don’t be surprised to see people get much more selective in their purchases, thin out their collections etc. Sony just announced an increase in the price of PS5 due to increased manufacturing costs, not an upgrade. We’re literally right at the beginning now - inflations predicted to get even worse Yep. Just sent a request to get a refund. Let's see if I'll get a response let alone a refund. Good luck getting a response, I've emailed them and nothing back. |

Still no update or sign or Dynamite or Daddy which were originally scheduled to be with us FIVE months ago.

Hell, it’s been over a year since the DK 7 inch figure was announced and still nothing from it not even a physical prototype in hand in the box, only digital rendering MOC. At this rate we will get that freakin Sabu in 2030.
Done ordering from these people. Just like all the 3rd party figure companies they eventually flop due to over reaching themselves.

Most people are thankful that we’re actually getting another retro/hasbro line with chella but communication isn’t great at all. I’m waiting on 2 haystacks, big daddy, 2 dynamite, gangrel, 2 jay white and 3 al snow, I didn’t bother ordering the Greg, haku or any other new ones as I and others have waited over a year for figures that still aren’t finished.

I'd love to know what I said that warranted a total removal of my post? I specifically stated I wasn't going to pass comment on whatever personal situation is affecting the people who run Chella, but I can't see how my other comments about the lack of communication and the failure of Chella to keep customers (waiting for figures on order) informed about when they will be shipped warranted a complete removal of the post?
this is a discussion about figures we've ordered (in good faith) from a company that is not communicating with their own customers about figures they have paid for, and are waiting to receive
