The more I read this the more ridiculous it appears. Go on any message board in any forum on any site and the discussion is about absolutely anything regarding that particular topic.
You’re basically saying you can go on a Premier League forum but you can only talk about a football. You cannot complain about Refs, Managers and players, you can only say nice things. And if you have any issue with these rules here please feel free NOT to reply, and you’ve been WARNED!!

Do you actually realise what that sounds like? And how you come across as a person? Mate we’re grown men, I don’t think your Warning on an Internet forum is anything to be intimidated by. You sound ridiculous! Just like the little "I’ll report you to Daddy admin" post by whoever that was.
And for what it’s worth I didn’t see any arguing amongst anyone until the post reporter and you stepped in and made it an argument. All that was here was constructive criticism about a toy company that now seems to be failing its customers.

Many of us have invested a lot of money in this line, we have a right to be annoyed, frustrated or discontent with Chella and their lack of products and constant delays.

Instead your coming down hard on anyone who might say that they are upset at not receiving what they have paid for. Strange post.

I don't mind following coherent rules, but this sudden rule that we can't discuss the current lack of customer service and general information regarding pre-orders that are way behind schedule isn't coherent at all. It's completely farcical.

This is a wrestling figure forum, and I can't think of a more appropriate topic in a Chella thread than the current lack of communication and MIA figures.

There's absolutely no reason why it should be considered off-topic. I doubt there'll even be a coherent excuse given, because I can't think of one. ZST was rightly called out for his issues, as is every other company that collectors have taken umbrage with, but Chella are supposed to be off limits, for some reason.

I've heaped praise on Chella for the most part, but the recent lack of communication from them has rightly soured me to some extent, and that's not something that's in any way taboo or somehow wrong.

I'm simply a patient, paying customer who, recieving zero reply through their direct channels, is expressing his displeasure on a thread about the company in question, on a forum about wrestling figures.

Censoring valid, coherent concerns and criticism is basically just petty, certainly when said concerns and criticisms aren't profanity-laden or made in a malicious manner.

And on top of all that, I've been "warned," apparently.

I take the Chella preorders with the same faith as I've always collected Hasbro. I'll get them when I get them. I think I've got less than 10 Hasbros from any online sales, and the 3 I'm thinking of specifically, I bought from someone I knew personally who was in a tough spot financially. Yeah, these preorders are funding production. I thought we all kind of accepted that at this point? I have Haku, Greg Valentine, and possibly Gangrel preordered. I'll be getting Onita when he goes up.

I don't particularly care for the person who runs the other company but I'll probably still order Bundy when he's up for preorder. It's shelf candy to me. and a 30 year old line getting new characters.

I'm not sure what you envision me doing, but I'm not tearing my beard off and banging my head against the wall whilst listening to Morrissey, mate.

I'm plenty relaxed, wrestling figures don't factor into my general day-to-day activities, and if you saw me in work, at home, in the supermarket, or down the pub, you wouldn't say, "hey, that fella has got some wrestling figure-shaped bags under his eyes, I hope he's okay." People don't stop me in the street and hand me Samaritans business cards or anything.

That being said, I am perfectly entitled, as a paying customer, to know what the bloody hell is going on with a bunch of figures I paid for back when Ric Flair still had a liver. There's absolutely nothing wrong with asking why a company continues to make deals, promote upcoming endeavours and maintain a social media operation while simultaneously offering zero updates to paying customers and ignoring any questions from said paying customers.

This idea that any paying customer simply needs to "relax" is a completely daft suggestion. I'm obviously posting in the most relevant place available to air these valid concerns. It's not like I'm spray-painting "Where are MY toys!!?" on the local YMCA building. I'm simply voicing a completely legitimate concern about a company that is ignoring their customers despite still posting about future products.

Chella could probably do with relaxing on signing new deals until they honour the ones that they've already had the moolah for back when Tyson Fury still had a perm.

Is it a big deal in the grand scheme of things?

No.

But this isn't the grand scheme of things, this is a Chella thread in a wrestling figure forum and there's very little Chella news to blather about at the moment.

Any word at all on the once rumored hiromi takahashi chella figure? Was to be an njpw crossover like jay white was, i believe. Forever shelved, or still to come?

Does anybody know the current email of Chella? I remember they switched it somehow, but cannot find it anywhere.
