I'm sorry, but that looks like a BCA figure more than a Hasbro.

I got my refund through this evening, so that's pretty good considering I was only contacted by Wrestling Trader on Monday.
I did kind of feel a little bad seeing the refund and knowing the whole Chella situation, but ultimately, it's nothing personal, it's a business and I was no longer happy to wait on pre-orders, I'd given it a good length of time, I was just done waiting.
I wish them well down the road all the same.

I'm sorry, but that looks like a BCA figure more than a Hasbro. Funny that there are like 5 different companies doing Hasbro style/retro style figures and none of them really come close to resembling our Hasbros.

I only know of Chella and Zombie Sailor, who are the others? Would love to see what figures they're doing and if they're any good....

Rush collectables, CW Figs, and there's another that I can't recall off the top of my head. Rush is doing Larry Z, which is pretty neat, but there's not a lot of quality names coming through, imho. rockandrollcollectibles.com/products/rush-collectibles-ringmasters-larry-zbyszko-pre-order

Hasttel Toy. They've shown the Godfather and sketches for Savio Vega and *checks notes* ... Diana Hart Smith.

I feel like all three lines that produced figures thus far have had figures come close:
Mattel: Purple Taker, Lesnar, Roman, Rock, Flair, and a handful of others.
Chella: Hyabusa, Bill Nakano
ZST: Dino, Cardona
As far as the other three lines…
Although Rush figures don’t look bad, they do look more like Retros than Hasbros. I do love the idea of them expanding to different things but time will tell if/when any of these things happen. I truly feel it is too much/too soon for them…way too much.
CWF is a strange one. I wonder if they will get their feet off the ground? They were supposed to share costs with Chella but who knows now what will happen. From what I see, their last post was on September 19. Maybe they have been active elsewhere and I haven’t seen it. Anyway, from the sketches and samples, I would say that Alex Wright is the only one who might look like a Hasbro. I still love the idea of their ring set though!
Grapplers and Gimmicks from Hasttel Toys looks like a mixed bag as well. The sketch for Savio is probably the most Hasbro-like offering. Godfather isn’t bad but feels like a mixture of things. Can’t place my finger on it. Diana…woof. Sorry, that is just ugly and not Hasbro-like to me.

I'll be getting Patriot, then, he definitely deserves a retro. I'll have to see Vega before I decide on him. Larry Z from Rush looks a little cartoonish for me but depending on how the prototypes turn out I may be inclined to get him in all black. There's plenty of the Rush figures on the R n R Collectables site. Alex Wright would be a pick-up for me, and Eddie Guerrero from Wrestling Trader/Chella.

Yeah that Adam Bomb looked like a decent attempt. I was pretty tempted by it but ultimately since I had the original it felt a little unnecessary.

I wonder if Wrestling Trader would be tempted to make series 3 a full tag team series? They have already shown us that they are at least up to the prototype stage with:
-Demolition -The Powers of Pain -Killer Bees
Plus they have the SummerSlam ‘92 Road Warriors somewhere in the pipeline, and I haven’t completely ruled-out that they might have Mabel to go with Mo which they might’ve been saving for a bigger reveal at some stage.
Plus we know they were teasing The British Bulldogs. And Kronik was mentioned when Adam Bomb was announced IIRC.
They could have the basis of a cracking line-up from that lot, and get a lot of names off their waiting list.
