Haha, I feel pretty lucky and guilty at the same time 😄 Well I originally ordered blue Haystacks, Big Daddy and OG Dynamite, and I ordered the Dynamite variant not long after. After waiting for a pretty long time, and without any reply from Chella, I ended up requesting a refund on the 3 I'd ordered together and keeping the Dynamite variant that I'd ordered seperately. All this time later and I got the original 3 I cancelled 🤷 I'm guessing that the problem was in Chella not giving Wrestling Trader all of the correct information, but who knows... I got my refunds for Haystacks and Big Daddy, but it took weeks. I contacted Wrestling Trader direct so I can't imagine they'll turn up to me. The communication must be pretty bad if that's happening though. Tbf, come to think of it, I also contacted Wrestling Trader, who took my details and processed my refund which came from Charles of Chella, so I'm not sure what went wrong on their end for me to still receive the 3 I'd cancelled... So I guess never say never! I was actually gonna make a post here asking if anyone who'd been refunded had received any of their cancelled items. |

All good Walter, enjoy! WT would've inherited a bunch of figs anyway and agree basic information was lost or not npassed on as WT have also suggested.

Regarding the Chellas, has anyone else had issues getting a response from wresting trader? I emailed a week ago. Nothing. I ordered Big Daddy in November 2021. Trying to get a refund. Nothing but a crapshow with Chella/Wrestling Trader.

Theyve ignored my last 3 emails. If chella was as screwed up as wt claim they were then theyre certainly not going out of their way to be much better.

We've had similar issues here with the Royal Mail strikes affecting deliveries. I had a few items from Spain that were lost in transit for what felt like months and no tracking updates. Tbh, this lengthy wait is exactly what made me cancel my orders and request a refund, so I totally didn't expect those figures to eventually turn up unannounced. |

Nothing but a crap show with Chella/Wrestling Trader. I think it took me one or three tries before Wrestling Trader responded regarding my details for a refund. Chella were actually still handling the refunds back then, but I don't know what the current situation is. I literally kept sending the same email, headed with "Request for a Refund on Outstanding Order" or something like that. I'd say keep trying, as they're likely getting a lot of emails coming in so yours could be getting missed. |

That's definitely no good, although I'd say keep trying, which is obviously all you can do, I suppose. What doesn't help is that these items are being sent out without notice. I just happened to get a Royal Mail notification the other day that I was getting a parcel. You'd think Wrestling Trader would at least let the person know that their items are being sent out. |

I ordered Almost everything from chella.
Just got 1 figure so far 3 weeks ago and the strange Thing was, the Package was packed like somebody did this for the first time and the Sender was looking Like a private Adress from a woman, everything Hand written, Hard to read....Not the professionality i was expecting here. But ok.
Only 1 Thing scares me. The Biggest of my orders goes to an adress, were i dont live Anymore. I hope they Read my Email....

Yes. Nothings changed. Nobody still knows if or when their orders are shipped and everythings still backed up n screwed up. Also, dont dare dm them. They officially wont respond.

All the Al Snows are in stock and will begin to go out next week; Gangrel and Uncensored Dynamite on their way but Chinese New Year, etc.; also Uncensored Sabu should be around the summer, and the rest of MegaStars series 2's production should be completed in May. |
