These were not ready to be shown off yet, whole marketing campaign for them ruined Were due to be shown off the normal Epic way very close to release with no pre-order At least no one has seen the masks yet I guess 👀 how did those photos make it to IG? (haven't seen the source, so not sure what's gone on here) Sent to one of the Bees for approval, he sent to someone in Majors group as they didn’t know which figure maker was doing them The guy then posts the images to the Majors group asking who’s making them (searching it on any search engine was a stretch too far apparently) People then take the image and post to Instagram

These look great except for the thick boots Wow. They look awesome. Totally nailed their likenesses. I like all the retros companies out there, but Epic right now my favourite. Hands down. Chella and now Epic have this hard on for the thick boots/feet, it’s so weird and takes away from what is otherwise great stuff. Why??

That doesnt bother me so much as the fact that they do not have any pegholes on their feet. My Smash and I want to say Warlord do not stand so great without a stand. They stand but any movement anywhere in the room seems to be able to drop them.

shame, but lets see what Epic can do to restore their planned PR for this

I think those Bees are an improvment over the original concept. I did it when a tag set has 2 different action types.

The Bees look great, and I'm still hoping for Adrian Street!
I wonder if anyone, other than Mattel, is gonna, or is even able to, make a Sid figure. Always loved his Galoob, but his Hasbro never stood out as much to me as his Galoobs did. I have both the UK and regular versions of that Galoob and I still love them.

An updated Sid would be pretty great. I haven’t compared them, but I feel like the Hasbro Sid would look tiny next to the Mattel Diesel/Nash figures. My anxiety hasn’t allowed me to dig out my Sid figure and check to see how they scale.

I'm really excited to get DDP and the series 3 I ordered (Bobby in particular). Would love to hear some updates on the next series and Loobs line. Great interview with Steve and appreciate you asking my question. Thanks for all you guys do!

I think they said they would be back around the time Series 3 dropped. Really looking forward to that as well. Can’t wait to hear updates on Vader, LOD, Andre, Loobs, Daniel’s pay increase, and more!

That's what I loved about Galoob Sid, it was a monster of a figure compared to the other guys, apart from Gigante!

I feel like, unless Mattel do it, it'll be something that ZST would end up making, and he'd probably nail the size and stature.

His Hasbro is small for his size, probably about the same height as almost all the bodyslam figures like Hogan/Bulldog/Warrior etc. And it represents the 91/92 run. We definitely need a 96' world champ Sid in the black and his entrance vest would be great too.

Any and all Sid's are welcome. Serially, though, can we give some props to Galoob for totally nailing two Sid figures? Likeness is there, size and stature is there, powerbomb ready pose is there, and those two attires were classic.
In conclusion... Sid. And Galoob. ✊

Even after I got the Hasbro Sid, I still used the Galoob figure because he was more intimidating looking. IIRC, weren’t there going to be somewhat articulated Galoob figures and Sid was going to be in a red singlet? Oh, what could have been.

I just thought those two attires were excellent..I really like the choices Galoob made with attires overall, other than the odd little hiccup like lighting bolt Flair! I also think that the UK Lex should have been solid green without the yellow stripe. As you say, the Galoob Sid was near perfect in terms of actually looking like a monster, plus his pose was perfect. Yeah I remember seeing the red articulated Sid somewhere on this forum way before I joined, well I'm pretty sure I've seen it.
