Judging by that moc image Al Snow looks huge. Definitely taller than Hayabusa

Has it been said as to when the blue Haystacks figure is up for pre order? I'm sure I have read somewhere its December 14 - but I can't find it now!

All Chella have said so far is "December", but I honestly think it'll be next week. Dynamite Kid will ship then they'll put the pre order up for Haystacks, that's my theory. I think it'll be next Friday or Sunday but we shall see.

Looks way too big to fit in with Hasbros but also looks rad as . Wouldn’t mind having the Head variant packaging signed by him for display.

The main one looks absolutely beautiful - love it so much.
I am concerned about the size of the figure as others have noted; the scale issue is the main issue with the line now I think, so it’s probably a fair worry, but I’m sure something Chella will fix going forward, though that might’ve come too early for Al Snow. We’ll find-out.
The alternative cards are interesting; I’ll get them assuming the pre-order allows open orders for all three, but it’s the beauty of the main card that has me excited.

On the Al Snows, the cards are the only variance, correct? No difference in the actual figures?

Can't wait to get this in hand! As people have mentioned the sizing is a strange issue, almost as if Chella haven't quite worked out their formula yet. I have Aldis, Hayabusa and Jay White in my collection and the "Switchblade" is considerably bigger than "The Real Worlds Champion". I'm not so romantic about making sure they line up size wise with the Hasbro models (I never owned any anyway) etc but it certainly appears as though - at this stage - these present much better MOC than they would if showcased together loose. My two cents anyway

Got the variants + 2 black cards.
Yet I am not sure if I keep supporting Chella as much as I am used to if they don’t fix the scale issue. If this turns out to be more like a 7 inch figure, I may change my view. Don’t like the size and sculpt of Bull Nakano, it looks cheap, yet it isn’t. Dynamite looks to be more of the quality of Hayabusa, but the pose isn’t perfect and the boots (too big) and the head (too small) habe significant size issues. Still waiting for my Switchblade order.

Not sure what I think about the package. Not really a fan of gimmick packaging unless it’s gone really really well and not sure about the execution on this

I think we need to wait to see in hand/real life pictures of it. The mock up over exaggerates the size of the figure, go look at the Bull Nukano for that. It was considerably smaller on the card than the first pictures we seen of it in this form. I think, and hope, this'll be fine. Not sure what I think about the package. Not really a fan of gimmick packaging unless it’s gone really really well and not sure about the execution on this It's very different from the norm, but I'm digging it. It's just something cool that if they continue doing things like it going forward, it'll be interesting to see what else we get.

He come in he man wrapping paper and then the box was their usual Grayskull style but there was snow on the floor with a snowman orco. For me that was the right side of gimmick packaging

I'm a MOC collector primarily, but I do have a few loose figures. I think when the 7 inch line really gets going that I'm gonna be a loose collector with those. Bone Crunchers and Retro's definitely staying boxed, but I think it'll be fun to take pictures with the 7 inch line and really something different for my display. Hopefully we get a few next year!
Question for the thread, what way does everyone collect?

Retros loose and moc, and now chella loose and moc. Was interested in a few of zombies but I'm going to pass and stuck with retros and chella

I've toyed with trying to collect those MOC but far too much for me at the moment. Happy to stick with Chella and other random bits.
