I purchased a Hulk Rules Hogan from Ringside a few weeks back ago. It's indisputably my favorite Hogan ever and would be perfect if they hadn't sculpted the headband on his head.
Unfortunately, when I removed the second head from the package and looked it over, I saw that they had erred in printing the Hulk Rules and printed half of it on the side of his head so that it was imposed on his hair rather than the red headband. I know I can't contact RS about this because they apparently won't deal with you if you have already opened a figure, but I was hoping to contact Storm and maybe send it back for a replacement head. I found an e-mail address on line and sent a few messages, but I've received no responses. I know the post in which I found the info was old, though, so perhaps the e-mail is outdated.
Anyone have any info on how to successfully contact them or any insight into their customer service practices? I know NECA is generally good with stuff like this.

Being that they are based in Hong Kong? I’m gonna guess it’s not going to be as easy to ship you a new head like a US based company could. Doesn’t hurt asking
