I'm really disappointed and surprised we never got an individually carded hogan. I planned to keep all of mine on card and on display. It would be nice to have a single hogan to include. The 80s and hogan and masters of the universe were all about the same time. Seems a natural fit. Stone cold got a solo release and it would have made sense for hogan too. The Superstars line should see a regular Hogan release (I hope). I don’t know that Mattel would have released the same classic Hogan from the Snake Mountain ring no matter how long the line lasted. It would have sold, but they never did a single release of HHH or Cena from the Grayskullmania ring, either. It didn't have to be a complete rerelease. The Austin in wave 8 is a different design from the snake mountain set. Would have been nice to see hogan get the same treatment. Hogan on a masters of the universe card would just look nice. |

Agreed 100%. Warrior is my favorite, and I'm glad we got two, but how do you not have at least one Hogan in 8 singles series? Maybe the timing wasn't right. If it was going another series or two, surely they would have made one, especially with Hollywood Hogan being in series one of the Superstars line. |

I'm really stressed about wave 7. What happened to these? This is the wave I was most excited about. With wave 8 being found already I could imagine something where they were sold to a secondary retailer and fetch king harley race prices. What's going on?

I also ordered from the listing that says you'll get a random figure. After a week the order was cancelled, and the reason given was that the items were out of stock so they couldn't fill the order. But the listing to get a random figure wasn't changed to being out of stock, so you can still order (and probably get the order cancelled eventually too).
Edit: the listing on Walmart says the random figures are out of stock now too.

Saw Austin from the final wave today and passed. I'm only interested in Chyna from that wave. Brickseek won't be any help to me like it has in the past. Every store in my area is showing 6+, and that's not accurate.

Are you guys seeing tags for this line at your Wal-Marts? I desperately want Bret and Andre and am afraid these are going to end up like the elite Harley Race or something. No tags around here…

Looks like wave 7 is starting to show up in stores in Texas and Arkansas. A full set is going for about $350 on ebay right now. I don't expect to see them for awhile. Haven't even seen wave 8 in stores yet.

Yeah, he definitely is.
I'm seeing a few Wave 7 popping up on eBay, but obviously they're going for ridiculous prices right now.
