Some of my wants are probably too obscure for modern fans and collectors. Missing Link Kim Chee/Friday Bill Eadie as either Masked Superstar or Super Machine Kimchee is a big want of mine to go with Kamala. Missing Link was really before my time but he would make a cool looking figure for sure. The Machines would be great as we already have Giant Machine.

Vince and company is the main reason that the line is lacking legends FTITL.

When the Chyna figure was announced I was excited at precedents being set to maybe get me a Sunny.
Her behavior on twitter recently quickly put that on ice.

She and Brock make plenty of money, and it seems like wants nothing to do with wrestling.

Some of my most wanted Victoria (seems likely. She was just mentioned on the Bump and they showed clips.) Val Venus (not likely. He's been pretty controversial on Twitter as of late) Rick Martel (probably just a matter of getting him signed) Mr. Fuji (apparently bad blood with family) Vader (rumored for upcoming Legends) Haku (I believe he is signed with New Japan) Barbarian (no idea if he is signed or on bad terms) The Mountie (apparently on bad terms, RCMP problem)

We're never going to hear anything concrete, but my assumption is that Legends deals were offered to some workers to weaken the case. Orndorff and Mabel's estate signed deals while the suit was ongoing. The case is technically on its last appeal, but it's dead in the water and was ripped apart by the judge. My guess is that the financial incentive for WWE to sign any of these guys is gone now that the case is pretty much dead. Only exception might be the Road Warriors, because they've always been big merch sellers, but Animal has a long standing grudge, so I don't see that happening either. Bezerker and Warlord were the last two concussion suit figures to be released, iirc. They were both far enough along in production that the figures were released even though the crap had been filed. Wasn't Koko B Ware also on the concussion lawsuit? I remember hearing that a figure for him and the Barbarian were in the works around the same time as the Warlord and Berzerker but the reason they didn't get released was they were not as far along in the production process when the concussion lawsuit hit.
Koko B. Ware was part of a separate lawsuit along with Dynamite Kid, Blackjack Mulligan and Ivan Koloff. It was filed before the big class action lawsuit and was subsequently dismissed.
Interesting thought, however I don't see Vince offering deals to people who are trying to sue him especially since he likely knew that this lawsuit did not pose a serious threat to him. I don't think Orndorff was on bad terms with WWE and he likely saw that the lawsuit was going nowhere so he probably took the legends deal since he had already signed one in the past.
In my view, this lawsuit had basically 2 groups of people- those that joined because it was class action and were in it solely for the $$ (if the suit was successful) and those that are not on good terms with Vince and joined out of spite. I think its fair to say that those in the first group might have a shot of being offered a legends deal while those in the latter group do not and likely would not want to sign one anyway.

Its remarkable how similar my wants list is to that list. Not sure orndorff got a figure in legends 8 and berserker not too long ago. I want powers of pain, one man gang, slick, fuji, another demolition and lod so badly. I'm assuming the barbarian figure that was in the works was the solo run with the cape and horns? Shame those looks were picked first over powers of pain. I need them all though.
