i have not seen them in any stores, in any online stores or even on ebay?

now they are coming out with the blue backings so i'm wondering if they ever even released that ray figure

I don't think they have, mikeysim. Feel free to use BYTB's Action Figures & Dolls database as a reference. Just look under the Animated category for any JLU figures.

The distribution isn't too great out here either, but I did recently get the Justice Lords 3-pack of Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman and they've got a couple other new ones as well.
