What flesh tones work the best for Elite figures? Particularly Sierra 76 John Cena.

I don't know about that cena specifically, but the majority of the time Kislev Flesh from citadel is going to be a good option. I use it for the majority of my figs and it matches pretty darn good.

I generally use Vallejo just because I like the way I can squeeze a tiny bit of paint out and don't have to dip my brush in. This is a good video to watch
