I remember when Akeem was on sale for 8 dollars at Walmart...    That's one of those that I'd love in the collection but just can't see happening without a re-release. |

Toy Headquarters aka toy vomit is in Lexington, KY I go to the Toy Department in Cincinnati quite a bit and I think they are overpriced on most of their stuff. |

You aren’t realty getting a discount on any of these but there’s no guarantee the prices on them will ever go down much. I also don’t see them getting much higher but if they are your grails might as well get a few.

I'd go with Savage. Everything else you might find cheaper online. Besides that Savage is awesome and I don't see Mattel redoing that attire with that caliber of accessories.

LOD seems overpriced. I just saw them at the local toy show complete for $60 by vendors. I have them, but I’ve been looking for a second set for customs and I just don’t want to spend even that much. Steamboat seems high unless it’s MOC.
It all about what you can afford though. If it’s a local store I’m sure they will haggle as well.!

I ended up buying macho and lod. He does have the tassle. Lod had both shoulder pads and all four arm pieces. I felt like it was an OK price to get them together and complete.
I also got defining moments ric flair but they put the robe on the four horsemen figure and I didnt realize til I got home. D'oh! I am hoping they let me swap out the figures. They have to, right?
