He came up during one of the worst years in company history and sadly after his match with Bret was relegated to being a jobber to the stars. Very cool underrated character. He was the number 1 Classic Superstars I wanted that never got made.

He still wrestles to this day believe or not. He was quite similar to Tensai, who came nearly a decade later. Pretty much the same gimmick, won lots of matches early on but both then became a job guy after their first big match (vs Cena in Tensai's case).

Imagine Two years after debuting in wrestling you make it to WWF. Then you go from working with Bret Hart looking very strong to being on a Survivor Series team called underdogs.
What could have been.

Definitely ahead of his time. I was a fan of his work back then and always hoped he would break out and become a huge star.
Very memorable look, and one I would love to get a figure of sometime.

I liked him, he had a cool look and was very good in the ring, I wonder why they went from being high on him to basically making him a jobber in half a year.

Sadly the last story I heard of him was about 10 years ago or so where he was homeless, and living out of his car. I believe cause some natural disaster destroyed his home.

I always thought he was great. He had a great match with Bret Hart that was on Bret’s dvd release. Very unique character.

He had such a strong start, but he had no personality. I always felt they should have put him in camp cornette. I think if he had a solid mouthpiece he could have been a really credible mid card threat.
