Every series needs that cheap to make guy to make room in the budget for someone else in the line requiring more deco, new tooling, added accessories, etc. Why haven’t there been more guys who famously wore jeans inserted into lineups for this reason? Who would you want to see? Personally I want:
DDP WCW debut Warrior British Bulldog Wolfpac Luger SS02 HBK

I dont understand why 02 HBK was never made. Ended up making my own from a dean ambrose base.

Warrior would require a soft goods duster, so not exactly that cheap.

I dont understand why 02 HBK was never made. Ended up making my own from a dean ambrose base. Would require new boots and pants that aren’t baggy so that would take away tooling from Nakamuras

Most Mattel jeans just look plain. Except for the Woken Matt Hardy and that one DX Triple H where they gave it a wash so it looks like texture. If they don't continue this, then to hell to figures with jeans.

Lol Yeah HBK may have several other attires that are more flashy and “toyetic” but sometimes you want figures representing iconic moments. SS02 HBK is the equivalent of RR20 Edge or WM34 Daniel Bryan.

Mattel has pretty much sucked at painting things that require any sort of a wash or gradient 95% of the time, so I'm never excited to see figures in jeans, but I do want Bulldog, the Smoking Gunns, and the Rockers from the Barbershop breakup.

WCW Debut Scott Hall would be great.
As for Bill thinking SS 02 HBK is 'boring', that shouldn't play a factor on whether it's made or not, he shouldn't be designing the line for himself (Though it's a bit evident he does with a trend of certain releases). The customers are asking for it, there's a demand for it, and it's a pretty significant attire, so try and provide it instead of shooting it down as 'boring'.

Seems like ever since Ozer has came aboard there has been a voice of the hardcore collector within Mattel. We’re starting to see a lot of the attires we’ve been requesting for years and years that previously have seemingly been ignored.

I never cared for the all denim look for Scott Hall but I can see the want for it. Personally, I'd rather have this look for Scott Hall.
